Mr Vega – Automatic Jukebox EP

Two months ago, I posted quite a nice remix of Justice‘s Valentine by a producer who wasnt’t really well known back then. Now, Mr Vega is back, Joshua just sent over his brand new EP titled Automatic Jukebox.
Mr Vega describes himself as a Brooklyn based electro producer with a mostly hip hop background up until last year when he started producing electronic dance music. His music sounds very 8-bit influenced, a style which I always like. See (hear) for yourself:

Yes [you] can!

Usually, I try not to interfere in foreign politics too much, but since the president of the United States of America holds great power in his hands, which is ironically not only restricted to US politics, but has very direct influences on the entire world, I use my blog to support the candidate who I think might be the better choice to fulfill this important task.
It’s not on me to tell you who you should vote for, I only appeal to you to think once more who might be more capable of leading the United States of America into a future of peace, economic stability and social fairness and security.
Yes you can!

I know I already posted this track, but… “Now is the time!”

Dear Visitors, …

… let’s finally clarify this:

According to discogs.com there is a vinyl called “Daft Punk Remixes One” which can be found here, and discogs also clearly states that the credits go to Daft Punk. Usually, discogs is a very reliable source when it comes to music, so I checked their entry on this one before I posted it.
Furthermore, this vinyl is available at several online record stores, as you can see for yourself here (Phonica Records) and here (decoder muzique). As you can see right above, there’s also a vinyl of the Take Me Out remix available.

If some of you still think that those remixes are done by someone else; Well, I’m more than willing to accept it if anyone can prove this to me. Now that you know my opinion, please let me know yours using the comment form below!

lebatman

A few days ago, I recieved a mail from Milano, Italy. Gianluca aka stadTkind aka lebatman sent over a couple of tracks and remixes he’d done, and I have to say I really like the french influence on his producing style, especially the Perfect Wave remix is extremely catchy, can’t get it out of my ears any more…

lebatman – La Maitresse Aux Yeux D’or

Old School Reunion – LOVEstory (stadTkind Remix)

Sunset Cruisin – Perfect Wave (lebatman Remix)

Bunny Lake x Pola-Riot

I already posted this remix, so this is some kind of repack, including other tracks by Bunny Lake and Pola-Riot. Bunny Lake are up and coming electroclash producers from my home country Austria; Pola-Riot, on the other hand, is a Vienna-based club, whose DJs also do remixes and produce tracks.
Concerning Shinichi Osawa, I don’t think I have to introduce this mastermind of electronic dance music…

Enjoy some fresh (Austrian) tunes! ;)

Bunny Lake – Into The Future (Pola-Riot’s Raver Madness Remix)
(~7MB)

Bunny Lake – Strobe Love (Shinichi Osawa Remix)
(~7MB)

Pola-Riot – Goldwater
(~8MB)

The Penelopes – Demian (feat. Dierdre Dubois)

Hermann began to garden,
With his usual finesse.
And henceforth, his rusty gun
was successfully useless.

On his trusty gold mount,
rose-trees still were so thorny.
The precious scent they sent forth
made it necessary.

Demi and Dew wake me up,
Demi and You cheer me up.
Sat up late, Demi and I
Still ask how could Demian die.
