I honestly don’t know how I’ve managed not to have heard of these guys before: Waxdolls are an amazing Belgian electro act who just released an even more amazing album called High Speed Killer Ride. From what I’ve heard so far, this energetic fusion of electronic dance musik and filthy punk is definitely one of the best productions of 2009. Just to get an idea of, here’s a track taken from the album – Chips is certainly a heavyweight DJ weapon, I dropped it at the NYE party I was spinning at, people went mad.
