The Rogue Element

A famous man whose name slipped my mind once said: “Music starts where language ends”. Or something like that. To be honest, I have no idea if he was famous or not, as I’m only using this quote I just made up as a cheap peg on which to hang on this post about a piece of music that is way too complex to just declare it as “amazing” in order to make you download it.

What starts with an innocuous vocal intro that might remind not only you of some older Air tracks is actually a chameleonic (kudos to the copywriter of the press release) masterpiece of catchy melodies and broken beats, ultimately shredding genre boundaries by adding a touch of  bleepy 8-Bit ambience.
