Counting Cavemen

This is not only the perfect soundtrack to turn a bad Sunday into a good Sunday but also one of the sickest mixes I have ever heard: 1 hour 46 minutes 2 seconds of pure awesomeness, packed with an estimated million of songs you’ve all loved at some time of your life. Beware, it’s highly addicting: whenever you recognize a song and ask yourself what it’s called, there’s already the next one fading in, keeping you trapped to your stereo for said 1 hour 46 minutes and 2 seconds.

Counting Cavemen is structured in seven chapters with different musical themes, journeying through the life and death of Cavenmen, and comes with a nice three piece video including all the featured artists. Ranging from Electro and House over Hip Hop and Jazz as well as Rock classics and Samba to Dubstep and Drum & Bass, this mix truly re-defines the term diverse: Scatman, Flat Eric, Dominator, Underworld, Steve Wonder, Major Lazer and Boys Noize – DJ Sleeper has them all (and has made me believe in love on first listen again)!
