Gesaffelstein x S-File

The best things in life happen spontaneously, they say – so I took an unscheduled detour to Frequency festival only to become an eyewitness to the enormous destruction The Chemical Brothers, Bloody Beetroots, Boys Noize, Feed Me (sickest set I’ve heard in quite a while) and a couple of others did to this festival.

As all good things come in threes, there were three tracks that all the DJs were hammering last weekend: For starters D.I.M. & Tai’s Ion, closely followed by Mumbai Science’s Lotus and last but certainly not least Gesaffelstein’s Viol – which is where this circle closes and I can stop beating around the bush and letting loose hungover words of wisdom. Here’s a pumping DJ-friendly remix of Gesaffelstein’s anthem – brought to you by no one less than German mastermind S-File.
