Will be going to Sziget festival in Budapest, Hungary in a few days, so there won’t be any new posts from August 8 to August 19. Don’t panic kiddos, I’ll catch up with things then, serving you with the latest in electronic dance music.
Anyone else attending? Hit me up, let’s have a couple of beers there – you know how to reach me. Don’t know if you’ve already noticed, but I do have a twitter account as well. Just click the pic and start following me.
And while I’m at it: Another act of shameless self-promotion. For those of you who’ve missed it – start following Disco Demons on Facebook Networked Blogs to receive updates and new blog posts to your Facebook account. As you might’ve figured out for yourself: Click the pic.
Remember when I featured Opticus Crime a few days ago? I just discovered quite a similar artists, producing very spacy, cosmic electro tunes: Kid Machine from the UK sent over an amazing demo track, Velours 77 from his self-titled debut EP. I’m really digging it, check it out for yourselves, kiddos.
Plus another cool track I just found in my inbox: I have little to no information on the artist, but according to the email this is their first track. Big ups for this banger:
Christmas comes early this year, kiddos: Here’s a little present I got from Tommie Sunshine the other day. I’m not really a fan of mash-ups in general, but sometimes I happen to stumble upon real masterpieces – just like this one here: The Chemical Brothers’ Chemical Beats vs. Santigold’s Unstoppable. For more Tommie Sunshine go follow him on Twitter.

Thought I’m gonna give you a little preview on the new Simian Mobile Disco album. Two tracks in low bitrate to avoid trouble with their label and Audacity Of Huge in its full 320k glory. Synthesise has been around for quite a while, whereas Parachute is brand new. Grab ‘em while they’re hot, kiddos!
Hiya kiddos, hope y’all enjoyed your weekend – I certainly did. Those of you who’ve been following Disco Demons for some time should’ve heard of my homie Clockwork, throwing out banging tracks and remixes. Here’s what he’s been up to lately: A remix for Dizzee Rascal plus one original track, which I highly recomment. Houston is a massive tech-house killer track which I will definitely drop in my next DJ sets. Can’t get that nasty synth outta my head.
