More piano intros, please!

I want more piano intros. I want more synths and strings, layered over piano intros. I want more piano intros, followed by catchy melodies and highly emotional voices. Did I mention that I want more piano intros?

Thanks, Monsieur Adi.

Electro Pusher Deux

I get tons of mixtapes and it’s always a bit difficult for me to filter out the real good ones as I don’t have enough time to check out all of them – that’s why it’s all about the intros. This one’s intro immediately caught my attention. Primate King from Oakland, California sent over one of the most diversified mixes I’ve heard in quite a while. Don’t miss this amazing blend of various genres, kiddos.

Bonus: Emiliana Torrini – Jungle Drum (Tolo Remix)

Might Like You Better

Good news, kiddos: Thanks to Anthony, I’m back on the Hype Machine – go here to check out all my latest stuff on HypeM and subscribe to my blog. To celebrate this, I give you an excellent remix of Amanda Blank’s Might Like You Better, tossed over by German producers GRVRBBRS. It might be a few days old because I still have to catch up with things. Watch out, kiddos, lots of big tunes coming your way soon!

Velours 77

Remember when I featured Opticus Crime a few days ago? I just discovered quite a similar artists, producing very spacy, cosmic electro tunes: Kid Machine from the UK sent over an amazing demo track, Velours 77 from his self-titled debut EP. I’m really digging it, check it out for yourselves, kiddos.

Kid Machine – Velours 77

Plus another cool track I just found in my inbox: I have little to no information on the artist, but according to the email this is their first track. Big ups for this banger:

roeVy – Dawdle

Chemical Brothers x Santigold

Christmas comes early this year, kiddos: Here’s a little present I got from Tommie Sunshine the other day. I’m not really a fan of mash-ups in general, but sometimes I happen to stumble upon real masterpieces – just like this one here: The Chemical Brothers’ Chemical Beats vs. Santigold’s Unstoppable. For more Tommie Sunshine go follow him on Twitter.
